FARGO, N.D. – Adrena Mazzei claimed the gold in the 800 meter run as the Oral Roberts track and field team concluded the Summit League Outdoor Championships Saturday afternoon from the Terrence Dahl and Donna Beres Track Complex in Fargo, North Dakota. 
 
News and Notes

• Mazzei captured the lone event title for the Golden Eagles after finishing with a time of 2:09.83 in the 800 meter run.
• Deborah Mazzei finished runner-up in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:10.12.
• In the 400 meter hurdles, Henry Falls recorded a third-place finish with a time of 53.27. In the prelims, Falls set a personal best with a mark of 53.26.
• Abraham Sargent claimed the first medal of the weekend for ORU as the senior finished third in the javelin throw with a mark of 62.32 meters.
• Judith Bediako recorded top-five finishes in the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash.
• Kevin Jackson registered a top-five finish in the 100 meter dash and set a personal best in the prelim with a time of 10.30. 
• The senior also set a personal best in the 200 meter dash with a time of 21.53. 
• Throughout the three-day event, the Golden Eagles recorded 14 personal bests.
